Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

1. Earning Points

Rate: Members earn 1 Point for every $1 USD spent on qualifying purchases at The Scent Masters.

Calculation: Points are calculated based on the subtotal of your purchase after any discounts are applied and before taxes, shipping, or handling fees.

Exclusions: Points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards or previous purchases made prior to joining the program.

2. Redeeming Points

Value: Points may be redeemed for discount codes to be used on future purchases. (Example: 500 Points = $20 Off Reward)

Increments: Rewards are issued in $20 increments. You must have a minimum balance of 500 points to redeem a reward.

No Cash Value: Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. They function solely as a discount mechanism for future purchases.

3. Returns & Refunds

Point Deduction: If you return an item for a refund, the points originally earned from that item will be deducted from your point balance.

Negative Balance: If you have already redeemed the points earned from the returned item, the dollar value of that redemption may be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Point Expiration

Policy: Currently, points earned in our program do not expire. However, we reserve the right to modify this policy in the future with reasonable notice to members.

5. Program Modifications

Right to Change: The Scent Masters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Rewards Program, including the earning rate, redemption values, and these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
